What Happens During a Fast Home Sale? |

| We will generally visit you at your property either the same day or within 24 hours - to suit yourself.
During this visit, we will discuss with you what YOU need to achieve from the sale of your home - what timescales you need to work to, how much equity you need to release, whether there are any other outstanding debts that need to be cleared etc. Every person's circumstances are different and the aim of these discussions is to determine the type of sale that is right for you. Once we have agreed a way forward with you, we then send a surveyor round within the next couple of days. Contracts can then be exchanged within a week or so and completion can be agreed at a date to suit yourself. |
